LOGISTICS AS STRATEGIC ADVANTAGE

Investing in 4th Party Logistics

Our Group executives have many years experience managing and investing in logistics companies in Australasia and Africa.

Our Story

The founders' journey started in South Africa in 1984 with the setting up of the first express courier company in Southern Africa. That start-up became the in-country agent for FedEx.

The next step in the journey was listing Southern Africa's first 4th Party logistics group on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in 1999.

Using the knowledge and technology developed in Africa and working with experienced local partners the team launched Active Supply Chains Asia Pacific  in Melbourne in 1998.

Active companies are now significant players in the Australian logistics market, most prominently in automotive logistics.
